Warning.. this is long, That’s how great of story this is... Today, I went today to grab my siblings tax form. In the past I have always picked up their taxes, since we live 45 minutes away, i thought it would be ideal since it was on my way. Women that goes by the name of batoul, works front desk, tells my sibling over the phone that I can come by and pick up the information. As i go, I give her the information. She tries to call him using the numbers on file, which are old incorrect numbers. When i tell her, she ignores me and goes on and still makes the phone call. Of course numbers don’t work. So i tried helping her, and called him so he can speak with her. As she was helping me, other customers kept interrupting her, of course she helps them and keeps me waiting. It’s called customer service, you deal with one customer and finish what you started, not stop half way and help another customer. When i tell her how long she was going to take because i live far out and have class, she tells me it’s not her fault she has things to do. (Ignornance) So of course my brother gives her his information, she tells him the phone numbers are wrong. Ahhhh yeah, i told you they are incorrect on file!! After i already had explained that to her!!! Than the lady who files for him, can’t remember her name, takes over. She tells my sibling she will not give me his taxes because it’s illegal and I’ll need his ID, SOCIAL, and a written paper. Mind you guys, THEY NEVER HAVE EVER ASKED FOR ANY OF THAT INFORMATION, and we have been filing for over 5 years with this tax office. Since she saw me getting upset, she knew it was in her power she can do that. If you cannot give out taxes, then why does the batoul tell him over the phone that i can come pick it up? I have never had to deal with this craziness. The ladies are both rude, I’m just going to seek another tax office. They have enough customers, that’s what happens when you have a lot of customers, you treat the others horrible and don’t worry about because you have a lot more other customers. I hope many people read this before filing taxes with anyone in that taxes office. They don’t care about customers, they don’t know how give their best customer service. Their are other ways to get your taxes filed, and I hope people know they aren’t the last taxes office. Not going back there !!!! I’ll pay double the money than go back to that office!
