The staff quoted me an amount when I dropped off my taxes and did not honor it when they were completed. A staff member called and told me my taxes were done and when I asked for the outcome they said "no" and hung up. Save yourself the $200 and use turbotax or something else. I had done them myself online and got the same return amount, tried their office because it was a big change from last year and wanted a double check. Poor service, same results, $150 more. My mistake.
