Lauri was not very professional. She did a clean up for me and when I contacted her regarding the file access that was suppose to expire on 3/20/19 she became very irate. She was unwilling to provide me my file info. I would not recommend this service. I reached out on 4 or 5 occasions with no response. My account and I sat down for 2 hours trying to figure out how the reconciliation didn't match the QB file or bank statements. The remittance uploaded were added to the QB file but not against the invoice already in the QB file. It looks like my income is double. Horrible service provider for $750/month. Nothing was correct. A ton of uncategorized deposit and expenses in the expense file.
