I am so disappointed. I have always spoke so highly of Paycom and they dropped the ball. I reached out to have a representative present me with some information to bring Paycom to my current company and the representative went missing until one day out of the blue he conferenced me in with another representative (a couple days after he was suppose to provide me with some information). I had a long conversation with them and provided them with the information they needed on the company and once again they failed to call back as scheduled. Then the rep showed up unannounced at my office ( I was out of the office) and left the receptionist a brochure instead of the information that he was suppose to provide to me a week ago. When I spoke to him today he asked me for the EIN for my company so he can give me a guesstimate of how much it would cost. EIN # really? I tried to explain that I just needed information on the products that Paycom offers. I politely thanked him for his time and ended the call. I cant believe he even called me again with this shenanigans. I am a busy professional. SMH
