Paycom was great until we purchased their modules. They said they would help us set it up, but our sales representative disappeared and handed us off to a technical representative in Kansas or something after we signed papers and paid. No one helped us set up anything. I figured out the systems (Performance Management and LMS) myself and everything is complicated and doesn't work the way you would think it should. I've spoken with our technical representative quite a few times and 95% of the time, he can't solve my issue because it's a development issue. So I've put in so many development requests, but they can't tell us when the requests will be implemented so I'm stuck sitting on my hands for who knows how long. Also, getting a hold of someone to talk about something or to ask a question is fairly difficult. I just recommend not bothering with Paycom. It is so much more effort than it's worth.
