This company strives for customer satisfaction and I am so thankful I made the switch after being with a larger payroll company for 12+ years. I had forgotten what it was like to have personalized service. Service that molds to what your company's needs are instead of just having to deal with what services are offered, whether you need them or not. One of my biggest problems with the previous payroll service was the almost continous problem with logging into the website and trying to enter hours online. They knew there was a problem because of complaints but there never seemed to be a solution.The simplicity of Payday's online payroll makes my already hectic life easier and I wish I would have switched years ago.I also wish I could add more stars, this company deserves it!
