I have a small business in Eugene area and have used payroll specialty for over 10 years. Unfortunately they sold out to a larger company & I have the worst time with them. I had to drive over 25 miles & go into the office just to finally get a hold of someone. I told them at that time last week hoping they would start answering the phone. Well here I am less then a week later called 5 times today NO ANSWER I emailed at 9am it is now 1pm & no reply to the email. I do prevailing wage projects and payroll is very important. Last week payroll was a nightmare. Did not add the fringe benefits to check, got the wrong addresses and was supposedly mailed out on Friday but had employees calling me until they finally got the checks on Wednesday. humm all live within 20 miles of this area. I am looking for a new payroll service.

I am a dentist in Springfield and have been a client for two years with PSNW. They are always on time, or ahead of schedule, exceedingly accurate and find anything I miss in my monthly payroll and kindly suggest a correction. Top notch service and value!!

They have switched from processing payroll locally to a company in California. We have been with them for over 15 years and they did not communicate this to us very well. While that was a concern, the biggest problem has been that for the past 2 months we have not gotten accurate pay.
