Kellye and Katie are FABULOUS. They ALWAYS respond to my emails within an hour – usually it’s just a few minutes. Most of the time, they have the answer to what I’m looking for. The few times they didn’t, they told me they would figure it out and get back to me. They’re always so eager to help make the system easier to use and answer any and all questions I have. It’s been a really welcomed change of pace for me. I thoroughly enjoy working with Kellye and Katie, I feel so lucky to have them!

I don"t recommend this software system. The appearance is very ugly, the number is too small which are hard to read for old people, and the most stupid thing is you can"t tell how many hours you work until you punch out. I can"t image who invent the payroll system who must have no common sense. I don"t care how accurate and how powerful this system are but if it didn"t meet the basic requirements it is not a good system. To be honest, I can"t believe this system even exist in this rapid developing internet era.

I run a small business and need to focus on the work of the business. I NEED the expertise and help of a solid payroll service. I've decided I have to write this review as Payroll Systems have shown themselves to be much much better than the other two big ones that I've used. They are accurate. They are fast and they are responsive. Kimberly Goodspeed and Casey Stratemeyer, my Payroll Systems reps, are exceptional. Kimberly is smart as a whip and calls me back incredibly quickly. That is so important when you need to do a rush check and your book keeper is out sick. Kimberly is a stress reducer not causer. That's rare these days. Thank you!

Wonderful customer service. Very quick to respond. Very patient with explaining processes. Website is easy to use. I would recommend them. I would also recommend my broker.
