Do a search for Willsub (which is the same company) to see more reviews. I had a longer review here, but I am removing it in the interest of being professional and moving on. Contact me if you want more information. Here's a fast summary. My experiences in the local schools were generally great; however, I ran into some problems with Willsub. There were some sporadic issues with getting paid properly - I imagine it would be difficult with such a large operation and with schedule variability. Also, there were some issues where valid requests were not fulfilled and sporadic times when I hoped for a little information or a little advocacy. If you are lucky enough to have contact with someone here regarding a request, it is likely you will be referred to someone else and subsequently ignored. I wish there were more opportunities for direct employment with the schools as it would be better for students and everyone else in the schools.

I worked for this PCMI for a year and a half. My complaint is not being paid for the time I worked. I was paid for 6 or 7 hours of work, regardless of how long I was really there. If I had to wait an extra hour to put kids on a bus because of bad roads, I wasn't compensated. When I took a long term position, I was expected to record notes on students after class. This was and extra hour or two of work I was not compensated for. The teaching assistant was compensated, I was not.
