Worst customer service experience possible. In 30 years of working with banks, I've never had a more negative experience. I called the public line to verify some basic information on an in-bound transaction and was immediately treated both rudely and adversarially. I didn't need any client information, but I did need to know if wiring instructions were in accord with a newer format. Not only was I rudely told that they would not help me, but was hung up on.
