Excellent customer service is everything when running a business. Excellent communication is key. Front desk clerk: Don't ask me if I paid for the service if you are going to question my response. Know your job, stay in your lane and don't make people feel as if you think they are lying about what they paid for. And where do people pay 700.00 to get personal taxes done to turn around to mail them out yourself? I understand electronic filing is down after tax season ends but really, no bueno. I was told to come in and get copies and sign not mail my own taxes I paid a hefty fee to get done. Should have been the least they provided. I also asked Anita to walk me through the process of what she did to enter the "meticulous" data she charged so much for. Did not even bother to ask if I still wanted her to walk through the process. Why would she do that if she wanted continue to do my personal taxes?? Obviously not concerned with repeat business. So thankful for small blessings, this was the only time I will have to use them as they are not equipped with the knowledge to do my business taxes and I will be divorced and have always done my personal taxes. But got behind because soon to be ex husband is not responsible with getting his done in a timely manner. My bad😑 And no I will not be referring anyone ever. 1st impressions are everything. You don't get a second chance to do me a solid not never! I love social media! Dont even bother responding to this "owner" this is not cookie cutter one size fits all situation. Money is involved you got paid and I had to mail my own taxes you cant take that back. Period. #peggy'sbookeepingsucks!
