My husband and i received the most professional and friendly service here at penn - york. Meeting katrina for our first time in set an ease to all our fears and worries we have dealt with elsewhere, we walked in to a warm welcome right from the go. Very friendly and very professional and walked us step by step explaining everything as she prepared our taxes for us. From start to finish she was thorough and on point. At penn - york we didnt feel like " just another customer " ! We thank you katrina and staff for such a wonderful experience and thank you for your time and dedication. We will be back again next year that is for sure :)
