Not a great place to work at all. The management don’t follow their own rules, but will hold people accountable for the rules. All of the routes that we drive on are outdated (from 2015). We basically have to rewrite them on the fly to avoid dirt roads that make up a good 25% of the routes. They pay minimum wage for people to do the work of an entry level engineer. They over-schedule people and end up sending them home or calling them off the night before, so you likely won’t get the hours you need unless you’re fighting to the front of the line. They have an attendance policy that no one seems to really know. I recently asked the attendance record keeper about my attendance, and she didn’t know what the attendance policy was. This is a good job if you’re desperate, because they’ll pretty much hire anyone who can drive. It’s also a good side gig if you just want some extra money.
