Overall Feedback:

First year of doing my taxes outside of HR Block or Turbo tax, I was expecting a super helpful, organized, and personal experience. Thos place was not much help. They left me in the cold on my tax taxes for my business which i got fined 7 months later when the state sent me a bill. The CPA was impossible to get ahold of and no one at the office was able to assist me. My CPA also left the company or moved so i couldnt be helped after the i filed my taxes. A complete waste of time and money. I had so much anxiety while/ after going here.
