We used PNN to find a full time nanny for our two young children. We had a short time period to do it - Shannon at PNN was amazing. She was extremely responsive, walked us through EVERYTHING as this was our first time seeking out a FT nanny. Shannon really got to know us and the details of our need. She presented multiple candidates, all which were great. Ultimately the one we selected is amazing and exceeds all of our expectations. We wouldn't have found our nanny through other channels, as she wasn't actively looking with other services. Absolutely amazing.We have also used the PNN for our other temp needs when our FT nanny needs off, or if we need coverage for an evening.In all aspects, the PNN has quality, responsible staff, great nannies, and makes childcare hassle free. You should absolutely use this agency!

The process took a little slower than I expected for long term work. I ended up finding a FT position on my own. I will say, however, Lilly, Shannon and Jenna have wonderful customer service skills and communication has been impeccable! I really appreciate that about them. I still plan on doing temp work with this agency :)

Would recommend any other service. They take extremely long and are not good at communicating. MBR Nanny Network works SIGNIFICANTLY quicker and more professional. Would not recommend.

Apply for job last year November no job ,no follow up .I had to call about my child abuse certificate ,still no job . Thank u for not giving me job because I find a well paid job . I will not recommend my Caribbean friend to go here !
