Describe an exceptional tax service....kindness and warm greetings by all staff, professional and organized. Describe the ultimate Tax Preparer: accurate with absolute and finite knowledge of all tax laws, has ability to find tax info when client forgets to being in a required tax form, reviews and rechecks every computer entry, compares past 2 years of taxes checking and rechecking reports all while carrying on pleasant exchange with customer, always putting client at ease, being a CPA very important for complicated taxes. I highly recommend Peg Phillips and Phillips Tax Service. She is professional, personal, and does an outstanding job. She requires a hug when I leave, but usually I already want to hug her for the job that she does in preparing my returns and setting up my quarterly pre-payments. As a business owner I highly recommended Phillips Tax Service.

I had my taxes done for the first time since 2013 due to not working and attending school. I went to Peg and signed a POA for them to look back for 3 years and ended up with a decent Federal check. I would have been clueless re: school loan issues, etc. so it was awesome for me. My parents always used Phillips Tax and so have I in the past and this year. Yes, Peg is a 2nd/3rd shift tax person but who cares? That's the pleasure owning your own business. I love the staff..!!
