Pioneer Title serviced our loan for a fee just shy of $30. monthly and did nothing to justify this fee.. LITERALLY Never could get anything straight I had to call several times to Explain when you pay additional money every month it goes towards principle you don’t just DO NOTHING! Duh.. Then 2018 tax statement claimed we only paid 1/2 the actual amount paid but wouldn't correct the documents and send them to us. Sold the home and what do they do? Pay the insurance for the next year from monies due back to us! But clearly once again they did NOTHING the home had sold days before AND WE WERE TOLD OH NO WORRIES WE WILL LET THAT DEPT KNOW Really... Real Genius at work here! SO HLAD TO BE RID OF THIS MASSIVE HEADACHE...!
