I contacted Platinum Group one day before the deadline for my special enrollment period for getting health insurance. I was not able to sort through all the options online and figure out which health insurance plan to choose. It was too overwhelming and I have always had insurance through an employer and barely knew what everything meant. A friend suggested I call Platinum Group and I am so glad! I met with Dianne and she made it soooo much easier! She went above and beyond to make sure I had a plan that fit me and then signed me up online. I am so thankful!
