I rarely write any reviews, but I had to this time. I had major IRS and state tax problems (business and personal). When I met Vardan I quickly realized that I came to the right place. In a short period, he settled all my business and personal tax problems with the IRS and state. He used to work for IRS and it shows in his work, he is truly a pro. His staff are amazing too, they would call me to give me updates on the case (who does that these days anymore). Needles to say he is my CPA now. I highly recommend him and his firm.
