Best customer service.... they do anything required to close transactions on time. Quality people doing quality work... always available for questions and they do so with a smile! Love working with them!

This office does not return calls as promised. The follow up is horrible. I had to place multiple calls to get updates. I would never trust them to handle any transaction for me. Unfortunately this is who the seller contracted with. Considering the seller was hot garbage this is not surprising.

Ponte Vedra Title is top notch! I can't speak highly enough about them. I have used them for well over 40 closings and they have yet to disappoint me! Their service is second to none. Lynn Shippee works until the job is done. If she needs to stay late or work on a weekend she does and has, numerous times for me. When I have had legal questions, Heather Reynolds immediately returns my call and spends the time she needs to assist me . This title company is professional and stays on top of all the necessary paperwork and time lines! You will NOT be disappointed using Ponte Vedra Title!
