Overall Feedback:
As an employee of a location Portland Payroll service, I had an issue with my employer and my paycheck. I had reached out to the boss to no avail and then called Portland Payroll. Courtney answered and I could hear her smile over the phone! She was ready and eager to help me. She listened to my unusual (?) story and her tone stayed pleasant and non judgmental. I had put off this call for almost a week, bc I was worried about just that. Courtney is professional and made me feel like I mattered, which was the complete opposite of what my employer was doing. Thank you so much, Courtney.
