Shipped a package on 2/20/19, stressed how important it was that it was received by 2/25/19. Person working recommended 3-day Fed Ex ground shipping. My husband paid a fortune for this service. It's actually going to end up taking a full week to arrive. I should have shipped it USPS and saved myself the money. Then, when I called, the person working wanted to argue with me about it and told me I should have done it myself instead of letting my husband ship it.Update: 2/27/19 the package has still not been delivered to the recipient.

My fiancé and I had something shipped through Postal Solutions. The lady there completely inconvenienced us by telling us it would be okay to have two of the same shipping labels...just to be called a few days later to tell us we have to come back in because Fedex wouldn't take it with the same shipping label. We had to call the company we were returning to just to let them know what happened as well as drive all the way back to the shipping place to correct their error. Never ever will go here again!
