Client Review on Postal Annex
Feedback:
I mailed a box on Dec 12th that contained my granddaughters Christmas presents. Today is January 10th & it's still not there. A week ago I called the USPS to find it. I found out I paid $80 for the box that would've only cost me $37 had I gone to the post office. I didn't question the amt as I've never mailed anything to Hawaii before. It was mailed ground which means by ship (I wasn't made aware) & that takes 3 to 5 weeks. I was told an expected arrival date couldn't be given, but should arrive by Xmas. I will never use this facility again!
