The post office near me is always very busy and has a very long wait so I figured I’d try this Postman Plus location. The gentleman that works here is very unprofessional. The first time I came in he was chatting with the customer in front of me. Normally I would not be bothered, but we were the only two customers in the store and he just would not stop talking. I waited just as long for them to finish their conversation as I would at my very busy local post office. The second time I went in to this location, I again had to deal with the same gentleman. I was asking questions about how fast they scan in and send out their USPS packages (I sell items online and send numerous packages out each day). He was noticeably irritated by my questions. I then went to make a purchase for a single small box. He refused to let me run my card as credit and insisted that it be debit. I was so irritated that I just walked out. I went next door to another local business and they gave me boxes for free! I would have happily paid, but the gentleman was so unprofessional on both of the occasions I visited that I won’t be returning again. I’d rather wait in long lines than receive bad customer service. Don’t recommend going to this location.
