We used to use this company until they didn't want to finish the tax returns for 2015 and 2016. We get a letter from The attorneys Generals office stating that we owed 3,000 dollars for penalties and unpaid taxes for 2015. I called Pam and she said the people that was working on my taxes didn't work there anymore and they didn't know my password to get on the Ohio gateway. They could have called me !!!. So called Attorney Generals Office and said I had to do the return myself After paying them for fees etc I thought I was cleared up WRONG. New letter came again from Ohio Attorney Generals Office for 2016. Same thing. Had to do the return and paid the taxes and they said call in 90 days to see what the fees and penalties were going to be. Never will we use this company again. Sad

This is a great family business to work with. Pam, Michelle, Scott, Cam are always attentive to your needs &/or questions. I've been in business for 20 years & my first Accounting firm was SBA in Middletown & since then it has switched owners 3 times & fortunately I stuck w/the new owners each time & am very glad I did so because it allowed me to become a customer of MP Accounting.
