I'm guessing there legal reps are afraid to go against a majority as I complained of a landlord stealing, harassing, threatening,failed to repair furnace till I ended up in hospital for five,six weeks then wants to make deal w his rep and tells me everything I researched myself of legal matters,then trys to state wrongly of ada laws guessing the other low rating are right too

called about a case did a intake waited on a call only to be told oh we dont have enough staff. why do the intake if u dont have the staff? like thats wasteing everyones time

On par with a public defender. They do not get paid so if they take your case they will not fight for you and just want to be done.
Feedback:
They don't help anyone anymore. They don't help in foreclosures to disabled people. This so-called legal service is useless. They spend more time shopping then helping people.
