They had been doing my taxes for years. This year, my taxes were selected for review from something Precision Tax screwed up. I called the receptionist 3 times over the course of a week and a half. Every time I was promised to get a call back. I never heard back once. The entire reason I pay to have my taxes is done is for situations like this. A day is not too much to ask for a call back. Two days is understandable in certain circumstances. A week and a half is unforgivable, especially since I knew they were open. I had 2 weeks to respond when I got my letter and fortunately I was able to clear it up on my own. Better hope they do your taxes right the first time if you have them done here. Nobody is willing to stand behind their work apparently. He's got an opening for a new client because I'm not going back.
