The processes were simple and easy enough. At the end of it. They ask for money to run a background check. I paid. I also told them upfront I was a felon. They acted like it was no big deal since it was 15 years ago. I have called them at least 5 times to call up on my application. Still waiting for a response. Moral of the story. Don't waste your time if you're a felon.
