My former employer used this company. Somehow taxes withdrawn from my check changed. They were a lot higher than ADP. My coworkers had a negative experience with their taxes being screwed up as well and ended up owing money to the IRS. End of the year documents very delayed as well. This company is the reason I ask what payroll company does my current employer use just to avoid the headaches.

I have been waiting for 3 months to get my daughter on my health insurance and still nothing. Meanwhile I’m getting the money for her deducted off of my paycheck. They are very unprofessional. Never told me that my daughter was not on my insurance.
