What a joke, I won't be going back to that crapy place. Get a dot physical, I read all the letters on my eye exame. Even with one eye covered. They tried to say I didn't read the correct line. I was like what ever. I will use family phycitions from now on. Will never use prime again.

Called to try and set up an appointment to get a replacement medical card and the woman that answered gave me a bunch of false information and I called back three times and the same worthless woman answered I'm currently looking for somewhere else to get one this place doesn't care about the little guy

My experience was poor. I and a coworker were taken to prime for a random drug screen yesterday (Friday june 27, 2014). I suspect that Prime may have given my coworker access to my empty urine specimen vial and allowed him to contaminate/tamper with it for racial reasons. Now it is Saturday and I cannot find a medical testing facility that is open so as to pay for my own urinalysis.
