Unfortunately a zero isn’t available . Don’t come here it’s VERY UNPROFESSIONAL INSIDE AND OUT!!! I live literally a block away and cannot get a hold of them for a copy of my tax forms, IRS is asking for paper work they have and for the past 2 months I cannot get them to meet me . The owner talks about H&R being rip offs but in reality he charges the same and good luck getting in touch with them afterwards. I accidentally left my envelope in the office and when I called back he said he would mail it . 8 weeks later it’s nothing but excuses. Either he is on vacation or an “ emergency “ always happens..... Just go to H & R or any other tax place !!! You will thank me later . If you don’t believe me , just walk inside and you can feel that the business is no good there. I am currently looking for an attorney to help me get a case going against them . Save yourself time and money

Maneje 15 minutos para yegar ai i cuando llege estava una señora grande sentada en un escritorio nos nos pregunto nada (sientense bienvenidos como les puedo ayudar un momento horita alguien los va a atender) nada y cuando le pregunté si avia alguien que nos pudiera ayudar andava con una cara y unas ganas que mejor nos fuimos de hay no lo recomiendo ni de chiste pesimo servicio (Sab April 14/2018)
