Overall Feedback:

Let me first start by saying I have worked in-house at two different staffing agencies. I know your job can be frustrating. However, I also know that you must have customer service skills for a receptionist and your receptionist was rude and ignorant. She had a desolate tone of voice and acted as if she loathed her job, was not helpful and hung up on me.
