This was our payroll service for several years. 3 weeks ago they closed without any notice and they seem to have TAKEN payroll taxes out of our account, but NEVER PAID THE TAXES. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Be wary of this company, if they are even still in business. They contracted with a 3rd party payroll processor that has apparently stolen $35M worth of payroll and tax payments. The CEO of this 3rd party processor has been arrested by the FBI.We have no idea what has happened to 2 months worth of tax payments. Pro-Data will not respond to any of our questions. We are completely in the dark, other than to read about the situation in the news. This is terrible customer service.
