Very disorganized when it comes to communication with employees regarding missing hours, missing checks, anything basically that requires any type of follow up. The girls in the office are very nice but very inept at their job. I chose to goto a different staffing agency after witnessing just how rampant this problem is with this staffing agency among other issues. I separated with them on May 26th and it is now June 29th and I'm still having to communicate with them on a regular basis regarding 2.5 hours that are missing. Today they told me they have my check ready to be picked up. I get there only to be told they don't actually have it they're still verifying it.Edit #1 July 6th no attempt to follow up with me nothing, over 2.5 hours missing, if a company has to tell you how professional they are its probably not true, should be unprofessional staff northwestEdit #2 July 30th Still no attempt to follow up 3 months later
