Went to them last for 2015 taxes and they messed up filing. Several months later I had to go back and get my tax return amended. Filing for 2016, I'm having trouble filing because of this. WOW, 2 years later and we were told by the IRS that the amendment was never done....When I had to get it amended the owner acted like our taxes being messed up was no big deal. In 2016 they gave us so much trouble getting our previous information we needed to file out taxes elsewhere. I'm reporting them to the BBB today!
