Feedback:
We have worked with Brian for 2 years now and we absolutely love working with him. Brian provides excellent service that is professional and he is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. I have asked him tax questions about my freelance business in the off season and he responded back with great advice for me to keep proper records throughout the year. The administration staff has also been very friendly and professional every time we have visited the office. We like Profiler and will be continuing our business there in the upcoming year.

Ethan helped my wife and I. He was excellent and took the time to ask questions and get us the best return possible. Highly recommend them.
Feedback:
After my tax preparer of 25 years retired, I had to find a new tax preparer. I found ProFiler Consulting and put them through a rigorous interview process. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were similar in structure to my last tax preparer. he only differences are:1. They will not share the return with you until you pay, so don;t expect to review anything and ask questions until your bill is paid (never had that issue before), and2. You need to keep asking for detailed worksheets to see exactly where each item was accounted for.Other than that, I am very pleased.

I have had nothing but the best experience working with the team at Profiler over many years. I don't plan on going anywhere else for tax preparation

I recommend anybody looking for tax preparation to look elsewhere. There were several reasons I found my experience working with Profiler Tax Consultants to file my 2017 personal tax return incredibly disheartening:1) Even though I provided the accountant all of my tax documents, and answered all the questions she asked completely and accurately, when I reviewed the physical returns that were filed, I found that the accountant had made errors on several of the lines of both my federal and state tax returns.2) I visited the office and filed on March 28th, sent an email asking for corrections to my return just two days later on March 30, but didn't receive a response from the accountant I worked with until 20 days later on April 20th.3) When I finally did receive a response, I was told that it would cost $75 to file a correction, even though the changes that I requested were due to errors made by the accountant in recording the information I provided, not because I had discovered additional or provided incorrect information.4) Once I received the physical copies of the amended tax returns to file, I asked how a particular line item in my state return was calculated. After waiting three weeks for a response, I finally received the following response (June 26th, now three months after my original visit):"Hi Matthew,I am not a mathematician and rely on the program for calculations, so no I cannot [explain how that line is calculated]. If I did not rely on the program for calculations I would have to charge 3X more for tax preparation because it would take 3X as long to complete a return. "I have no problem with accountants using software to file tax returns for individuals, but find it incredibly problematic when an accountant is unable to explain how the value on a particular line of a tax return is calculated.I recommend anybody looking for tax preparation to look elsewhere.
