We just switched from another payroll company to progressive. I had actually found their I formation from when we first opened up our business. My first contact with Vincent was great. He’s very personable and you can tell he cares about helping his customers. The customer service from him and Jennifer was amazing. He came to our office and walked us through running our first payroll and made sure we were comfortable using their platform. The last company did none of that. Highly recommend and extremely happy with this service so far! The platform is very user friendly and we’re excited for a great business relationship for as long as we have our company!

when I met with the rep from Progressive Payroll, I was impressed with their small business focused approach. Since converting, I've been very pleased with the paper-less product. Their online system is much easier than ADP. It's been a little over a year now and the service has been great and the fees are much lower.

No W2 filed since 2013 and little or no response from this company. Now in 2016 we are getting fined from the IRS and being told "We are working on it" This is frightening, apparently we are not the only ones so if you have this company doing your payroll I would check with the IRS and Social Security to make sure everything is in order.
