This place’s exterior definitey matches the interior: gross, uninviting, and grim. The people that work there do their jobs as if they are angry at life often. Why even keep this business open, IF YOU CANNOT BE COURTEOUS TO CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Notary/Ms. Hernandez is borderline racist; this is ridiculous considering she herself is from a minority group lmao. Save yourself time, go elsewhere. And if you went in already, keep your paperwork on standby, should you suspect fraudulent activity on their end. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Horrible bad experience! 1st time the bold guy never filed our taxes we waited a month to find out he didnt even sent them out.2nd time we tried because our inlaws do theirs there the freaken dumb old lady and the chubby one got our taxes all messed up now we have to deal with the IRS we learned our lesson !!!

This business has been open for many years. Its true they are a little expensive but in my opinion worht it. If you have only one income and need to do the simple short form, i will do it on some online program.

No waiting. Professional staff. They give you a nice folder each year with your copies. Only problem, I think they're a little expensive. $140 for the short form is a bit much. Now, this year, they are never open and no one answers the phone or returns messages. I wondering if they're in some kind of trouble or the business is closed.
