Called Brenda to get a job and she made me wait a WEEK to get a response. I had to call her to find out they wasn’t even hiring! Then I called back for another job a week later and she hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional business they are running there. Don’t waist your time finding a job here.

Mismanaged chaos is the easiest way to explain On Point Staffing. There are great Staffing Agencies in Grand Rapids, On point isn’t one of them.This agency will lie to you. My suggestion to Onpoint would be to fire management and probably train staff.

not sure what OnPoint does exactly, but they definitely don't attact a good quality of people! I walked into the tenant-space next door to them this afternoon, and was practically chased into the store by this degenerate-looking thug who had walked out of OnPoint (employee? customer? applicant?) and he was yapping hysterically about his car that was (badly) parked next to mine in front of the business (maroon-colored Ford station-wagon, license plate #EAX 4766) I tried to diffuse the situation but the dude was clearly unhinged, very threatening....I felt like he was gonna attack me or something, that's how bizarre the situation was! finally I pulled out my phone to call the cops and that's when he slunk away back into OnPoint

If you're REALLY desperate for a job-- go to Grand Rapids' other fine staffing agencies before going here (Staffing Inc. & Gill are good choices). Every employee treated me with suspicion and malice before I even met them. I was excited to be offered an informational interview, but the interviewer never showed up and never called. IT WAS AT 7AM. Despite several phone calls, I haven't been able to reach her since.
