We switched to Proxus as our payroll provider at the beginning of this year, and I can't say enough good things about them. Christine and the rest of the implementation team made that process as easy and painless as possible. Colton has come on-site to train us before, during and after we went live and he is a patient teacher and wonderful resource. And Heather, our dedicated client support rep is a true gem and a life-saver- she is always quick to respond to problems and questions, incredibly knowledgeable, and generally a joy and pleasure to work with. We are a very happy Payroll department thanks to the outstanding team at Proxus!

Had the pleasure of working with Proxus for several years and the service is exceptional. Their employees are available when I need them and have been extremely knowledgeable for all of my HR and tax service needs. Gretchen is the best! Eileen is also a favorite of mine and the rest of the team that I have the pleasure of working with. I depend on their assistance and they are wonderful and I would be lost without them! Proxus is the best payroll/HRIS organization I've worked with in my two decades of HR work! I've transitioned to them twice - once with a previous employer and again with my new employer. They are organized, highly competent, customer-focused, and reasonably priced. The iSolved platform is intuitive and the report options and report writing functionality are so helpful. You will not regret switching your payroll/HRIS services to Proxus.

We recently went through staffing changes and have had to call for many little questions as our new payroll staff is getting up to speed and I have to say that the staff have been phenomenal. Heather, Jay, Gretchen and all the others we have spoken to have been patient, and gone out of their way to help without making us feel stupid for what really may have been stupid questions! Cannot recommend them enough.

I highly recommend Proxus. I have used other larger payroll services and they do not measure up to Proxus. They have outstanding customer service. Whenever I call, someone answers the phone so I am able to get my question answered immediately. If you are looking for a payroll service or don't like your current provider, call Proxus.

Our company switched from Paychex to Proxus in April 2009 and we have been a very satisfied customer ever since. At that time, the transition to their system was seamless. And I also applaud their training team. They came to our offices to train us and even walked us through step by step on our first two payrolls. Also, their customer service is stellar. Any time I call them for a problem, it always gets resolved in a timely manner. Everyone is always pleasant to deal with. Last year, we, again, transitioned into their new time clock system and new processing system. Again, they held our hands until we knew the system and could process our payroll on our own.
