Our company switched from Paychex to Proxus in April 2009 and we have been a very satisfied customer ever since. At that time, the transition to their system was seamless. And I also applaud their training team. They came to our offices to train us and even walked us through step by step on our first two payrolls. Also, their customer service is stellar. Any time I call them for a problem, it always gets resolved in a timely manner. Everyone is always pleasant to deal with. Last year, we, again, transitioned into their new time clock system and new processing system. Again, they held our hands until we knew the system and could process our payroll on our own.
