NOT EVEN 30 days late and they shut off my water. No notice, no knock on the door, no call. A REASON NOT TO LIVE IN PUYALLUP!!!!! Then to top off they don’t answer the phone so left with no water and no options. A company having all the power and flexing it for more money. If you are deciding if you want to move to Puyallup add the utilities company to your list of cons. Just know if you are on vacation, busy at work or forget even over a week to pay your bill you WILL be without water with no option as they may not answer their phone.

Their online accounts don't work for anything, and even when I call to get bills taken care of, they still don't charge me and let the bill continue to accrue. This had been going on for almost 6 months. Completely unacceptable.

Cancelled service without any warning even though a card is on file and recurring payments were set up. If it errors for the payment you think they would contact you or at least say hey we’re going to shut off your water if you don’t pay. Instead you just come home to no running water

cancelled service by answering machine in june, and they are still sending us bills. Can't get someone to call back or cancel our service. Getting frustrated at the lack of customer service.
