Did phone interview with recruiter. Was told to come for interview at 2:00 and to dress professionally. Arrived at interview. Office was old and dirty. Holes in the walls, dirty carpet, old office equipment. Wasnt really an interview, more like a cattle call. Room full of people told to come at exact same time for same job. Room filled with very young people, some wearing sneakers. I was the only one in a suit. Made me question screening process. Waited 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. I felt the whole atmosphere was unprofessional so I walked out. If they don't respect my time, they don't respect me. Not a company I wanted to be affiliated with.
