Overall Feedback:

I read the reviews and was skeptical about delivering to the facility, but the reviews were 100% correct. I arrived at 1:44am for a 2:00am and was put straight into a loading dock. I checked back in to 6:30am and asked if I was unloaded. I was told that they hadn't even started. I checked back in at 8:30am and was told that they wasn't finished and didn't know how long it would take. The woman in the office is clueless about the trucking industry and don't care about the drivers. I didn't leave the facility until 9:50am. I don't ever plan to deliver to this facility ever again. I would give them a negative rating if I could.
