Managers do not care about the company, supervisors, drivers or the law. They are wrong for so many reasons on so many levels. There is lack of training, teamwork, communication, consistency, experience and respect. Drivers run all over managers and supervisors. They need drivers so this is acceptable. Warehouse employees are immature, lazy and are not disciplined enough. Loads are never on time. Equipment is garbage and unsafe. No one cares. There’s no structure and apparently no one in charge. They do have excellent pay and benefits but I’d rather have peace, good health and zero stress.
