Terrible. Plan on cancelling every plan you have for the day because these people move slow as molasses and don’t care about how long you’ve waited. If you can go somewhere else, do it, don’t come here.

The staff here does not even pretend to care. I was just trying to drop off a sample and get some blood taken but the only woman working was so rude that I decided to go elsewhere to get the blood taken. Avoid Quest as much as possible!

The worst. Only person in the waiting room and waited over an hr and half, no one up front to help assist in questions, the complete worst experience never again.

Like most, getting blood drawn is an anxiety ridden experience. I was a little late and didn’t have the right paperwork and was very anxious. Jennifer helped me out, was exceedingly pleasant and made the experience quick and painless. I want to thank Jennifer and give this location a thumbs up. Thank you.

They have no customer service, Keep you waiting for 1hr before telling you that they have no urin cups, send you to another one to wait another 40 mins..

Last time i was here to get blood work they did the wrong test and sent the wrong order and now i have been waiting 30 minutes for my re do appointment. The waiting is room has half the chairs filled and no one has been helped and the workers here are talking about stupid drama
