Horrible wait time. Over one hour for 2 people.

Totally useless. Voice system forces people through a maze of number pressing and interactions, making it impossible to speak with a person. Both website and this office make it impossible to know if Quest knows what tests people are supposed to be getting. As a consequence patients are forced to physically show up at the address to find out if Quest has the ability to do what is needed.

Worse service ever —- finally left to go to another quest place —- quest: if my insurance did not make me to a quest I would avoid them at all costs —- unbelievably poor service

Scheduled a 2pm and she dropped my appointment even tho I was in their office at 1:55, waited another 30min.. Then was rushed in the bathroom because she said my time was up. She did not tell me their was a time limit before I went into the bathroom, and then asked me what I was doing in there"; i was peeing in the cup you gave me! You made me wait about 35 minutes, after you deleted me from the s schedule on your waiting room screen. The family after me told me in the hall way that they waited too long so they left today. This women had star tattoos on her neck so you will be able to tell who I am describing! God bless those next people who will have to suffer through the harassment and obviously stupidity from her unprofessional ism...in the work place.

Bridgette is an excellent phlebotomist, very efficient. I am always in and out of this office.

quest is horrible, their offices do not answer their phones. rather pay more and go to labcorp or different lab

Have been sitting here for over an hour... Only 2 people ahead of me... maybe it's a surgery center and I'm not aware of it!!?? Give me a break...!!
