I had to bring my 6 year old for blood work. He was very nervous. Raul was wonderful with him. Once we were taken in the whole process was very quick.

Everytime you walk in here at 730am the staff are just getting in and starting to eat their breakfast. If you day is 730 am you need to be ready to go at 730am not 745 or 8 am. Plus why is a wait for 30 mins everytime with an appointment. This place needs new staff members and a better management team.

Very rude & uncourteous staff. Specially a phlebotomy tech name “Jerry” has no courtesy to speak with patient. I strongly recommend not to make appointment or walk-in here.

Jerry is amazing at what he does. So friendly and excellent at explaining everything he is doing. I have never had a bad experience here with the exception of waiting - which is out of the staff's control if they are busy. If you or a family member is nervous about blood work - ASK FOR JERRY - you will not be sorry!

The sign on the door says 3:30pm close time but your door is locked by 3:10pm. I DO NOT recommend this place. Quest.... you seriously need to check up on your employees and how these quest sites are being run. The hours you offer are horrendous as well. Working individuals need to have blood work done too. Unfair...

We visited yesterday for my little kid for blood draw. Raul was assisting us. He was thorough professional, a true gentleman and very cooperative in nature. He created a very friendly environment and he was very quick and accurate with his skills. I highly recommend this facility.

after almost an hour wait past my appointment, they refused to use a smaller needle. "we use this for everyone". This was after checking with them to make sure they could! The doctor actually referred me here because he didn't have the smaller needles necessary. They finally drew blood after 3 sticks and left me with a black 3" bruise that lasted 4 weeks. Poor poor technique. Have your doc get and use the tools to do the job right. These guys sure don't. Avoid.

this place is a complete joke! they are so disorganized. brought my new hire in for a drug test. literally only 3 ppl in the waiting area. yet it took us 1hr. 48mins. i understand you have patients with appointments. but if you’re doing a drug test which just requires someone to just piss in a cup and someone stand outside the door to monitor for what? less than 5 mins? are you kidding me you let them wait? on that note there were 3 associates hanging around the reception area just gossiping about gibberish when they could’ve just assisted with doing this. it was absolutely the worst place. i will surely let my HR department to know to skip to another company like LabCorp because it was the worst experience to put anyone through esp. our new hires!

Very poor service, had a question and phoned the number. Did not have an automated answer and would not allow me to speak to a person in reception. I guess they don’t want my business.

Horrific experience, will never come back there, after trying to withdraw blood multiple times from my 10year old daughter, who has a chronic syndrome and who was order test ASAP from her doctor, the technician just told me she didn’t have the right equipment to get her blood, and to come back the next day or Saturday, then why in the first place was she even trying. My daughter hate needles and this experience doesn’t help, the staff need more experience but not while playing and training with little kids
