Do not do business with these people. Its a shame I have to give them even 1 star. I went to the doctor 12/6/16 . A month later I received a letter from Quest stating my insurance information was incorrect or that my insurance company denied my claim. I quickly got online assuming this is easy enough I will give it to them again. Even though I know the lady took my card and entered the information. I did it to be helpful after I checked with my insurance company and they never filed a claim. I received another letter in March. I did the same thing again. I started getting collection calls in July. Some were serious harrassing calls. I finally obtained a copy of the invoice and submitted the claim myself. I made multiple phone calls to the insurance company and Quest. They were paid and I'm still getting the harrassing calls . I received two just today. I will never EVER do business with this company again. They didn't even try to process the claim with my insurance. And now they are bashing my credit. After reading the other reviews I see they continually do this to people. I hope they go out of business paying collection agencies a portion of their earnings. Fed up and frustrated,Paula German
