Service is slow, staff is somewhat unprofessional. When I went in I had to get a kit to take home for test. The staff didn't tell me the instructions and told me to just figure it out by myself. Also told me to bring it back whenever and don't need to make an appointment. She also told me that I can cut the line because I'm just dropping off sample. I came back and ended up waiting for 40mins to drop off my sample because no one is at the front desk and the staff in the back told me to wait for someone to help me. Just a very unpleasant experience overall. The staff here seemed unmotivated with no empathy.
